Often our clients have limited experience of working with an architect and we make sure that we are available to guide them through the complexities of the project process.  We are working with theatre groups, religious organisations and local authorities, listening to understand their often complex needs and issues, and providing clarity around the uncertainty of process and timescales that relate to their project.

We provide clear advice in relation to gaining planning consent and are experienced with interpreting the various agendas of multiple stakeholders involved in these projects.  We understand how funding challenges and limited budgets influence a scheme and how our designs can reduce running cost, generate revenue, and create social, environmental, and commercial value.
